Dr. Omar Al-Jazy, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Amman Arab University and a prominent Arab arbitration expert, delivered a specialized lecture at Damascus University on the role of arbitration in reconstruction. He emphasized that a stable legal environment and effective arbitration are crucial for attracting investment, protecting contractual rights, and accelerating strategic projects in post-conflict and developing countries. He reviewed successful international experiences and stressed the need for qualified legal cadres in international commercial arbitration.
