Amman Arab University (AAU) Enhances the Readiness of Educational Staff Through a Specialized Training Program for Qubbat Al-Ma’rifa Academy
Amman Arab University, through its Consulting and Training Center and the College of Educational and Psychological Sciences, concluded a specialized training program for staff at Qubbat Al-Ma’rifa Academy. The program covered modern educational topics including technology integration, classroom management, active learning, emotional and social learning, behavior modification, multiple intelligences, assessment, creativity, shadow teacher roles, and stress management. This initiative aligns with the university’s commitment to community partnership and supporting the Ministry of Education’s goals for inclusive education, aiming to enhance teacher readiness and improve educational outcomes.
