Amman Arab University (AAU) Achieves a New Global Milestone in the Times Sustainability Impact Rankings 2026, Advancing 200 Places Globally
Amman Arab University advanced 200 places in the Times Sustainability Impact Rankings 2026, moving from the 601-800 to the 401-600 band globally, and ranking 7th among Jordanian universities and 4th among private ones. The university excelled in SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions), ranking 95th globally, and achieved top 101-200 positions in SDGs 1, 4, 7, and 17. This accomplishment reflects the university’s commitment to integrating sustainability across its academic and administrative systems, and its strategic role in hosting the Arab Council for Sustainable Development to drive regional impact.
