Specialized Legal Lecture at “Amman Arab University” (AAU) Highlights Amendments to the Enforcement Law and Its Application Mechanisms
Amman Arab University’s College of Law hosted a specialized lecture on the amended Enforcement Law, delivered by a former chief judicial enforcement officer. The session covered legislative amendments, the role of the Enforcement Department, procedures for executing rulings, and the powers of the Chief Enforcement Officer. Practical examples were used to link theory with judicial practice. The interactive discussion enhanced students’ understanding of enforcement mechanisms and prepared them for legal careers.
