Dr. Al-Rawahnah from “Amman Arab University” (AAU) as a Keynote Speaker at the Launch Workshop of the National Competency Framework
Dr. Ammar Al-Rawahnah, Assistant Dean of the College of Business at Amman Arab University, participated as a keynote speaker in a national workshop on the National Competency Framework, organized by the Civil Service and Administration Commission. He emphasized the need for higher education institutions to align their curricula with national competency standards to prepare graduates with the skills required for modern government roles. He proposed periodic reviews of academic programs, applied projects simulating public sector challenges, and sustainable partnerships between universities and government entities. The university’s participation reflects its commitment to supporting national modernization efforts and enhancing human capital development in Jordan.
