Amman Arab University Illuminates the Horizons of Al-Hijaz School Students in a Fruitful Meeting that Opens Doors to the Future
As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance effective communication with educational institutions and broaden students’ horizons regarding higher education opportunities, the Marketing Department at Amman Arab University, under the supervision of Dr. Mohammed Nassar, Head of the Department, conducted a field visit to Al-Hijaz School. The meeting served as a dynamic interactive platform for students, providing them with a valuable opportunity to explore the educational and training opportunities offered by the university, as well as to learn about the most prominent academic specializations available. This contributes to guiding them toward making the best choices for their university path. Representing the university in this meeting were Ms. Batoul Al-Shwatir and Ms. Iman Ghnaim from the Marketing Department, along with Engineer Mohammed Abu Khadair from the Faculty of Aviation Sciences.
The team from Amman Arab University delivered a comprehensive and engaging presentation, highlighting the university’s key features—from its strategic location to its diverse academic programs that cater to students’ aspirations and interests, and concluding with practical training programs that refine skills and prepare graduates for the job market. The aviation science specializations garnered significant interest from students, with detailed explanations provided. University representatives also answered students’ inquiries regarding admission requirements, scholarships, and available discounts. Additionally, gifts and promotional materials were distributed, enriching the students’ experience. The visit received a positive response from the students, who expressed their gratitude to Amman Arab University for this initiative, which broadened their perspectives and enlightened them about higher education options.
In this context, Dr. Nassar emphasized that such meetings primarily target high school students, aiming to raise their awareness of the university’s offered specializations and career opportunities. This helps bridge the gap between school education, university education, and the job market.
