Amman Arab University Team Participates in the Entrepreneurship Forum (ENGx 360 2025: Greennovate)
Amman Arab University took part in the second edition of the Entrepreneurship Forum (ENGx 360 2025: Greennovate), held under the theme “Greennovate.” The event focused on green entrepreneurship and innovative technologies, providing a platform to explore sustainable business solutions.
This participation aimed to enhance the practical expertise of Amman Arab University students by exposing them to real-world experiences that boost their skills and capabilities. The forum facilitated valuable networking opportunities with key players in the Jordanian market, including venture capital funds, business incubators, and academic institutions. These connections provided students with crucial learning and collaboration prospects, emphasizing innovation as a vital skill in today’s job market.
Representing Amman Arab University at the event were Dr. Samer Ayasra, Director of the Innovation, Creativity, and Entrepreneurship Center, and Mr. Yousuf Al-Khalid from the same center. A team from the Faculty of Aviation Sciences also participated, including students Abduljawad Abu Al-Rous, Raed Awaisi, Moyyad Al-Amaira, Bashaar Al-Hilalat, Raneem Abu Lahlooh, Mahmoud Musa, and Malak Hammad.
Additionally, students from various faculties joined, such as Kenda Al-Shibli, Mustafa Al-Atoum, and Hamza Al-Majali from the Faculty of Information Technology, as well as Rama Othman and Sands Abu Farha from the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, who presented a prototype project titled “LARMORA”—an AI-powered smart beehive.
The forum featured a series of panel discussions, presentations, and workshops covering diverse topics, including engineering innovation, digital transformation, and drone technology. It also included in-depth discussions on environmental protection, long-term sustainability strategies, and current ecological challenges alongside future-related issues.
This participation aligns with Amman Arab University’s and its Innovation, Creativity, and Entrepreneurship Center’s commitment to supporting students with creative and innovative projects. By engaging in such events, students gain enriching experiences, refine their ventures, and interact with peers from other universities, fostering knowledge exchange and professional growth.
